Customers are the users of your API. They can be developers, applications, or businesses who consume your API.
Each customer has a unique, immutable
clientId. This client ID gets set when you first create a customer and cannot be modified. A customer's client ID should correspond to some unique identifier in your application. When recording usage metrics in Kable, you must include the customer's
clientId in every event.
Customers are also assigned a unique, immutable
customerIdby Kable. This identifier may be useful, but it is not required that you store or maintain
customerIds. Every method of the Kable API may identify customers using either
